With Mustafa Foreign Exchange, the GST Refund Counter, and Mustafa Travels, Mustafa has got you all covered. Mustafa offers multiple travel-related services, most of which are found here – a money changer (in addition to the Mustafa Foreign Exchange on level 1) and courier and postal services included. Yet, our most peculiar find had to be the Toys Checking Counter. While most department stores have exchange policies that allow return of defective items within 7 business days of receipt, the Toys Checking Counter at Mustafa opens toys for try-outs then and there,
so that customers can return home fully satisfied.

Through our observations, we noticed that Mustafa’s services mostly cater to the tourism sector, offering a one-stop package for foreigners touring, living, or working in Singapore.
This is especially so given the familiarity of language and space that Little India offers (Bhattacharya, 2011, p. 279),
making it a comfortable social space for the Indian community in Singapore.
